Brent W. Caldwell is the founding attorney and managing partner of the Law Offices of Brent W. Caldwell. He earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from San Diego State University before receiving his law degree from Whittier Law School. Brent is licensed to practice law in both California and Nevada.
Before opening our firm, Brent worked at a large law firm that defended insurance companies and big corporations. That experience gave him a strong understanding of how insurance companies handle claims, including the tactics they often use to delay or deny compensation. While working on the defense side, Brent saw too many people get pushed around by insurers who were more interested in protecting profits than doing what was right. He made the decision to shift his focus and represent individuals who needed someone on their side.
Brent started the Law Offices of Brent W. Caldwell to help people who have been injured in accidents stand up to powerful insurance companies. We believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly, and Brent is committed to making sure our clients have someone fighting for them every step of the way.
Raised in Las Vegas, Brent has lived and worked throughout Southern California and Nevada. He understands the challenges our clients face and works hard to build trust through open communication and personalized service.
Brent is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Justice Association. His work has earned consistent recognition, including selection to Super Lawyers each year from 2021 through 2026, a distinction awarded to no more than five percent of attorneys in each state. He is licensed to practice in all courts in California and Nevada.
